The Short Story

I bring 6+ years of hands-on experience across banking, customer support, digital marketing, and brand strategy. From the rigorous, high-volume demands at United Bank for Africa to the fast-evolving world of online content, I’ve spent years building trust and delivering results.


My Journey (In Brief):

1. Teaching & Grassroots Communication (2016–2017)
Started as a classroom teacher, where I built early confidence in public speaking, community engagement, and simplifying complex ideas.

2. Banking & Customer Experience at UBA (2021–2025)
Started as a Teller and later moved into Customer Service. I listened to customers, resolved complaints. I worked with honesty and strong values, staying true to what's right even when no one was watching. My focus was on making things easier and better for the people who walked through our doors every day.

3. Digital Transformation & Brand Strategy (2025–Present)
Pivoted to online brand building. Created story-driven content, designed conversion-focused strategies, and helped individuals and businesses scale their presence across digital platforms.
